Issam and Charlott founded ICB Studios in 2020 with the mission to share their love for Bachata Sensual and to create a welcoming, judgment-free space for learning and dancing in Hamburg.
Their teaching is rooted in the Bachata Sensual Style, developed by Korke and Judith.
After earning their certifications and being mentored by Korke and Judith, they were named official global ambassadors of the Bachata Sensual Style in early 2023 and official Bachata Sensual Mentors in mid 2024.
In addition to fostering their growing student community in Hamburg, they have been traveling the world, teaching and spreading their passion at dance events across the globe
Issam is of French-Morrocan origin and has been based in Hamburg, Germany, since 2015.
After having played semi-professional football in France, he was introduced to Bachata in 2016 and was immediately hooked by the dance.
His career in the aviation industry allowed him to travel the world and attend numerous Bachata festivals, where he learned from international artists.
With a passion for teaching a drive to share his experiences and an entrepreneurial mindset, he launched his own dance business in 2020.
Charlott is of German origin and has been living in Hamburg, Germany, since 2015.
A lifelong dancer, she started with ballet and expanded into jazz and contemporary dance.
In 2015, she fell in love with Bachata during a trip to Spain, and since then, has fully immersed herself in the dance, continuously developing her skills.
With a strong passion for performing, she has led and participated in several partner dance and lady style choreography teams in Hamburg. After gaining teaching experience over the years, she began teaching regularly in 2020 alongside Issam.
